What we receive

When you email Luvima or book a call, we receive the contact details, scheduling information and business context you provide. Please share only what is needed to discuss your enquiry. Confidential business files can be exchanged through a method agreed for the engagement.

How we use it

We use this information to respond, arrange the call and discuss or prepare an engagement. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing mailing list because you booked a call.

Service providers

Calendly provides scheduling, Microsoft services support email and calendar management, and Zoom hosts introductory video calls. Our website hosting provider also processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own terms and privacy practices.

The embedded calendar may use cookies or similar technologies. Calendly manages the choices it offers within its calendar. You can also contact us by email. Read Calendly’s privacy notice, Microsoft’s privacy statement and Zoom’s privacy statement.

Retention and requests

We retain enquiry information as needed to manage the conversation and any resulting engagement, and to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to those who need it for these purposes.

To ask about your information, request access or correction, or ask us to delete information no longer needed, email advisory@luvima.ca. We will explain any records that must be retained.
